Please consider exhibiting at the at the 11th NCAAL (Tulsa Hyatt Regency Hotel). We are expecting 500 attendees and we are seeking 40 – 50 exhibitors. Attendees include staff from academic, public, school, government, and special libraries. The exhibit grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony is on Thursday, August 6, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. Exhibit hours are:

August 6 Thursday 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
August 7 Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
August 8 Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Move-In August 6 Thursday 7:00 a.m. – Noon
Move-Out August 8 Saturday 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Exhibit rates vary depending on the type of 8’ X 10’ booth reserved:

  • $700 Premium (corners, aisles, and center spaces)
  • $600 Regular
  • $450 Library and Information Science Programs and Not-for-Profits
  • Ask about our special rates for local vendors

The exhibit booth space fee includes: an 8′ back wall drape, a 3’ side rail, one company I.D. sign, one 6′ skirted table, two folding chairs, and one wastebasket. There are a.m. and p.m. “no conflict” hours. Sponsorship opportunities include the exhibits opening reception, morning continental breakfast, snack breaks, and the closing exhibit reception.
